You may disclose the Materials to Your subcontractor for its work on Your Products under an agreement preventing the subcontractor from disclosing the Materials to others. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intel grants to You, for the Term, a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable, worldwide, fully paid-up license under Intel’s intellectual property rights in the Materials, without the right to sublicense, to use the Materials in the development of Your Products, including modifying Materials delivered as source code, and distributing the Materials, including Your modifications, in object form, embedded in or for execution on Your Product and under terms and conditions consistent with Your rights and obligations under this Agreement. 1.5 “Your Products” means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials. 1.4 “You” or “Your” means you or you and your employer and its affiliates, whether or not capitalized.

Currently I have it downgraded to F5 which was the BIOS that the Board had when I purchased it.Intel OBL Distribution (Commercial Use) License This LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is a contract between You and Intel Corporation and its affiliates (“Intel”). I also updated the BIOS to the latest version F8, and still did not fix the issue. I even did a clean install of Win 2003 Server, thinking it is the OS issue. The Audio was working couple of days ago, and all of a sudden, it stopped working. I made sure the "Windows Audio" is enabled in Windows services. Device manager have "Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus" with a YELLOW Question mark. After the restart, the audio still does not work. I downloaded and Installed the Audio Driver, and the Installation was successful.
I have a GA-73PV-S2H rev 1.0 motherboard. Installed OS is Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition R2. I have a machine that I use for development and as a home server.
